1. Visiting Diagnostics Rule

If our assigned technician visits your location and performs a professional assessment but you elect to deny actual manual repair execution, you promise to cover a minimal inspection visit charge to support transport fuel costs.

2. Free 5-Min Cancellation

You can freely cancel any booking order without penalty fee within 5 matchable minutes of dispatcher confirmation. Post major assignment, a cancellation fee may apply depending on technical progress.
